Western dining @Alice and the Dragon Bar & Bistro in S2 Uptown Avenue.

When we saw their new western food menu we can hardly wait to try out their food. 

Alice and the Dragon Bar & Bistro had recently joined the bandwagon of western dining in S2 Uptown Avenue offering you fine western food and the beers are also really cheap.  

You'll be surprised at how Chef William experimented with sauces like the Dark Mayonnaise, Beet root and Mustard where his patience and determination had led him to create new sauces that complement with the western dishes. 

And you can expect a combustion of flavors when the sauces collide with the foods when you dine at Alice's.

A satisfying meal of a good old Chicken chop in dark mayonnaise and mustard sauce. 

The grilled salmon with dark mayonnaise and mustard sauce. The price may be a bit on the high side but the slice of salmon is thick and filling.

The lamb chop with dark mayonnaise, beet root and mustard sauce. It is grilled to perfection the meat is lean and yet tender.

The grilled sausages is one of the many finger food offered in this bistro and best downed with a pint of chilled one.

Overall we are satisfied with the food and the service is excellent, the ambiance is warm, cozy and spacious, ideal for everyday get together with family and friends as well as celebration of special occasions. And will we return?  Definite Yes!
