One would easily miss this newly opened Oasis Business Centre located next to Chemara Hills on the main road leading towards Tmn Permai, opposite the busy traffic lights junction into Kemayan Square. Note* You just need to pay more attention to your left.

  

 
Pusat Perniagaan Oasis terletak bersebelahan dengan Bukit Chemara menuju ke Taman Permai dan Kemayan Square.

Currently there are only a few shops opened in Oasis, a luxury car showroom outlet, a security company, courier services store and some renovation on-going on the next block.

And this purple colored 4 storey building seems to be the latest attraction!   

Originating from the small town of Muar this pork free cafe has gradually expanded to Kluang, Batu Pahat, Skudai, Sungai Long, Malacca and now to Seremban hence joining the bandwagon of the many bubble tea shops in town where competition is already stiff.

The ground floor undergoing renovation and they have upstairs too.

Operating on both ground and first floor of this 4 storey building, Pre-tea Q will be serving you with their signature tea series, iced coffee, desserts and together with some tantalizing foods.
