LS Square李三天地 Opening 6th May
The initials of LS actually stands for Lee Sam but it is not in town but instead located in Rahang Kecil whereby this new commercial square has been quietly brewing and all of a sudden it is slated to open on the 6th of May (this coming Monday)
This new business district offers the best products and services in town such an international branded goods store, a food court that will serve Seremban's authentic foods, a fresh market for vegetables, meats and groceries, hair saloons, a high end golf shop, nail & art saloons, a multi purpose hall that could cater to international buffet cuisines, an education center, lots of modern & fancy cafes, a gymnasium with spa facilities and many more to come in the near future.
And as for parking they have about 100 over parking lots and that's more than enough.
I've got wind from a source that this new commercial square is owned by a group of investors from China and they had invested millions into this project with the aim of making an impact in all aspect of the social and economic development in our town.
And it would also be Seremban's first cashless business square whereby all transactions would be in payment by smartphone App with its unique customer loyalty program.

Inisialnya LS bermaksud Lee Sam tetapi bukan di Jalan Lee Sam tetapi sebaliknya di Rahang Kecil dan pusat dagangan baharu ini akan dibuka pada 6hb Mei, hari Isnin ini.

| The location is in Rahang Kecil but I have not seen it, the clue given, there's a wanton mee stall by the road side and the new place is located next to it. Lokasi di Rahang Kecil, kalau ikut petunjuk ada sebuah warung wantan mee di tepi jalan dan medan perniagaan baharu ini terletak di sebelahnya. |
