row with the previous Hing Hing Hing food court.

My favorite would always be the Lei Cha which is only available on every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday only.

While most prefer to have rice but I would choose to have Pan Mee to go along with the thick Lei Cha soup.

The various ingredients of the Lei Cha is all personally prepared and cooked by Lily. She said the vegetables has to be cooked just right and quickly lift it from the wok to prevent overcooking and straight into the fridge to preserve freshness.
