Her children are all grown up and they needed a bigger boat as the previous stall is too small for all of them and her friend recommended this shop which is on the same row with the previous Hing Hing Hing food court.

Lily in her signature red T-shirt unfortunately today she has forgotten to wear her red cap but nevertheless she's happy with the spacious kitchen compared to the previous stall which was pretty cramped.

My favorite would always be the Lei Cha which is only available on every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday only.

While most prefer to have rice but I would choose to have Pan Mee to go along with the thick Lei Cha soup.

You can ask for pan mee thin noodles.

The various ingredients of the Lei Cha is all personally prepared and cooked by Lily. She said the vegetables has to be cooked just right and quickly lift it from the wok to prevent overcooking and straight into the fridge to preserve freshness.

Up close and personal with the Lily's famous Lei Cha paste where a scoop of the paste is mixed in hot water before being served to the customer.

Besides the Lei Cha they also have Dry Pan Mee, pork noodles, Mee Fun Koh and etc.
