The customers started queuing at their door step as early as 8.40am and when they opened the doors at 9.00am, they all rushed in to grab the opening specials, knowing that the offers are limited, while stock last and not to miss out on the lucky draw that came with many attractive prizes.   

I asked one of the shoppers that the official opening would only start at 11am and why arrive so early, she said that the early bird gets all the worms as her right hand was carrying all the freebies while her left hand happily dipped into the lucky draw basket.

The best seller would be the Brand's essence of chicken as they were snapped off the shelves in minutes. 

The cash register had to be good in one thing, to keep scanning and replenishing the Brand's essence of chickens. 

They came, they saw and they conquered all the Brand's   

The team of pharmacists busy attending to the shoppers. 

The in-house pharmacist Mr Boong not only he carries out the blood test but was also busy answering questions posed by this lady on tips how to improve her health conditions. 

The customer registration counter was very busy documenting the shoppers database as it would be easy for them to notify their customers on the latest promotions in time to come.

And they also had to make sure the customers are well informed on the deal of the day and how to accumulate their spending to qualify for more lucky draw prizes.  

And while outside there were plenty of action too.

Miss Rose (left) from Cosmoderm carefully performs a free skin analysis on one of the shoppers. Rose also said that many people don't actually know the condition of their skin and cannot simply use skin product as it could lead to facial allergies and complications.  

And after conducting the skin analysis test Rose knows exactly what type of skin product to recommend to the customer.

This is not just your usual pharmacy but it is distribution center as well and you can see that they are fully stocked to the brim.

Eileen can be regarded as the customer service relation of the day, she's a real asset, being blessed with the gift of gab allows her to get really close and personal with the customers and most importantly close all the sales.    

Eileen is not only good in the customer service but here she is trying her hands at practical work of carrying out a blood test.
