Diilhamkan dari perkataan Sora yang bermaksud ‘Langit’ di dalam bahasa Jepun, hotel yang berkonsep bisnes butik ini berjaya menerap unsur-unsur yang tersendiri terhadap para penginapnya dengan satu kenangan yang sukar dilupakan.


Blog ini akan membawa anda menerusi satu pengalaman yang istimewa dan cukup menarik bersertakan episod-episod gastronomi yang amat mengagumkan.  

Walaupun hanya menginap dalam masa yang singkat, 2 hari 1 malam tetapi ia bagaikan suatu pengalaman yang cukup istimewa untuk dibawa pulang.  

Inspired by the Japanese word Sora which means ‘Sky’ this boutique business hotel truly exudes a charm with lasting impression on us during our entire Staycation with them.

A short stay of only 2 days and 1 night but the experience seems like a lifetime as it was pure enjoyment & indulgence and we didn't want it to last.

And also not forgetting the incredible gastronomy tour led by the friendly and helpful staff of d’Tempat Country Club in Bandar Sri Sendayan.

En Ahmad Bin Abdullah bersama keluarganya menginap di Hotel d'Sora semata-matanya untuk menikmati kemudahan yang bertaraf antarabangsa @d'Tempat country club secara percuma.

'Kami orang Melaka, ahli keluarga kami agak besar, anak saya hanya menempah 3 bilik sahaja dan bukan semua yang dapat datang' katanya.



The family of En Ahmad Bin Abdullah came all the way from Melaka to stay at d‘Sora so that they could spend the weekend at d’Tempat Country Club and enjoy the club facilities like the Olympic sized swimming pool, Aqua Gym, bowling and many more.

They came in 3 cars and only managed to bring half of their family members to d’Sora by booking 3 rooms via booking.com


Selepas bersarapan di kafe Feather Lite semua sudah beria-ia untuk pergi ke d'Tempat dengan menaiki van yang disediakan secara percuma.

And after a hearty breakfast at the Feather Lite lounge the children could hardly wait for the free shuttle that would take them to d’Tempat Country Club.



Pelbagai kemudahan dan tarikan sedia menanti mereka d'Tempat seperti kolam renang yang bersaiz Olimpik, Aqua gym, aktiviti sukan dan macam macam lagi.

Dan untuk kanak-kanak pula kolam renang mainan dengan papan lunsur menanti.
  
The main attraction would be the Olympic sized swimming pool for the adults where they could also exercise at the Aqua gym and many other facilities.

The children wading pool with water slides are the main attraction for the kids to play and have fun.



Isteri En Ahmad, puan Hasni seorang OKU yang memerlukan bantuan kerusi roda dan hotel tersebut dilengkapkan dengan kemudahan 'wheelchair friendly' memudahkan mereka membawanya sampai ke bilik hotel dengan mudah sekali.  

Encik Ahmad’s wife who is on a wheelchair commended d’Sora for being a wheelchair friendly building with easy access beginning at the doorstep of the hotel and all the way up to the room with ease and comfort.


Puan Hasni mempunyai masalah sakit tulang belakang dan risau mengenai tilam dibilik hotel berkemungkinan menyebabkan kesulitan semasa dia tidur.

Tetapi pada hari keesokan puan Hasni berkata "Tilam dibilik hotel amat selesa dan saya dapat tidur dengan nyaman sekali' 

Encik Ahmad's wife has back problems and worried about the bed and the next morning feeling fresh and upbeat she said “The bed was very comfortable and I woke up with no back pains”    


Anak perempuan mereka juga berkata 'Saya dapat merasa cadar tersebut amat lembut dan sejuk serta ia cepat kering apabila anak saya tertumpah air keatasnya'

Selepas mendengar komen-komen mengenai cadar dan tilam, kami segera bergegas ke bilik hotel untuk mengetahui jenama tilam yang disediakan oleh pihak hotel. 

Their daughter said “I’ve noticed something different about the bed sheet, it is very cooling and dries up real quick when the baby accidentally split water on it”   

After listening to their comments about the beds we have decided to investigate on the brand behind such comfortable and incredible bedding experiences offered by d’Sora.


Pada mulanya kami membalikkan cadar untuk mencari logo dan jenama tilam tetapi tidak menemui apa apa pun.

We first flipped over the bed sheet and then the cover as well. We searched every nook and corner of the bed for the logo brand name but couldn’t find anything.


Sehinggakan terpaksa menarik tilam keluar dan akhirnya ternampak jenama Lady Americana USA Bedding Series dengan paten Ameri-Guard and Ameri-Spring.

Kami juga ingin memohon maaf terhadap Housekeeping atas kesulitan yang kami lakukan dan berjaya mengembalikan semua cadar dan tilam kepada keadaan asal sebelum kami check-out. 


And at last we pushed the entire bed out and finally saw the brand name hidden at the head rest. It is one of the Lady Americana USA Bedding Series with the patented Ameri-Guard and Ameri-Spring logo.

And we would also like apologize to housekeeping for the mess but we restored everything back to its original state before checking out.

Before I could let them leave I asked about the services provided by the hotel staffs and En Ahmad was grinning from ear to ear, he said “If the scale is at 10 then I’ll rate them as 10”

And will they return, definitely a big Yes and they will bring the other half of their family members that missed out on this trip. 

Apabila ditanya mengenai servis yang diberikan oleh staf hotel d'Sora dan En Ahmad tersenyum lalu menjawab ‘Kalau 10, saya boleh bagi 10 lah’ 

Samada mereka akan kembali lagi untuk menginap, dia berkata 'Tentu sekali dan untuk trip yang akan datang, kami akan membawa ahli keluarga yang lain bersama dengan cucu-cucu sekali'







En Hafiz bersama isterinya Noradila dan anak lelaki mereka sudah lama menjadi pelanggan tetap di hotel d’Sora tersebut.

 Menetap di Shah Alam dan bekerja di Johor Baharu membuatkan mereka memilih bandar Seremban sebagai tempat persinggahan untuk bermalam.

Noradila berkata lokasi hotel amat strategik dan berdekatan dengan KLIA & KLIA2 ia memudahkan kami untuk check-in dengan segera dan berehat terutamanya bersama anak yang baru dilahirkan.

Hotel d’Sora juga amat berhampiran dengan banyak pusat membeli-belah seperti AEON Mall, Palm Mall, Mydin Mall, NSK Hypermart dan Mitsui Outlet Park, ia cuma mengambil masa beberapa minit sahaja untuk sampai ke sana.

‘Dan sekiranya kami check-in pada hari Jumaat sempat juga untuk berjalan santai ke pasar malam Sendayan yang terletak bersebelahan dengan hotel d’Sora’ ujarnya.    

 Disebabkan oleh tugasan kerja, Hafiz terpaksa berulang alik dari Shah Alam dan dia juga pernah menetap di pelbagai jenis hotel di Seremban dan namun d’Sora tetap menjadi pilihan.

‘Kebersihan hotel ini harus dicontohi terutamanya bilik air dan diluar pula suasananya amat tenang dan membantu saya untuk melepaskan tekanan kerja’
Meet Hafiz and Noradila with their new born son and they are regulars at d’Sora because he needs to commute between Shah Alam and Johor Baharu on weekends and Seremban would be an ideal place for them to stopover.

Hafiz being a frequent traveler has experienced staying in many hotels in Seremban and what made him settled at d’Sora for good.

‘I’m impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel especially the toilet and the environment here is very relaxing and peaceful’ said Hafiz.

Noradila said d’Sora is strategically located near both KLIA & KLIA2 and it is very convenient to check-in quickly after a flight and especially when their traveling with a baby.

Tibanya masa untuk kita menjamu selera @d’Tempat Country Club dan jom kita bermula dengan Garden Terrace dan kemudiannya ke Restoran Jepun Haruta untuk sajian bufet yang melimpah.

These are the signature dishes that you must try the Roti Canai Kari Ayam Sendayan Special (left) and the ‘Jemput-jemput’ Vadai specially made by Chef William.

Antara hidangan-hidangan yang mesti anda cuba Roti Canai Kari Ayam Sendayan Special dan ‘Jemput-jemput’ Vadai yang khas disediakan oleh Chef William. 

Keistimewaan Vadai yang diberikan nama ‘Jemput-jemput’ adalah size-nya yang unik dan kemudiannya dicecah ke dalam Chutney secret resipe chef yang merupakan satu gabungan yang amat menyelerakan. 

Dan vadai ini juga merupakan snek kegemaran pengurus besar d’Tempat En Clarence Samuel sambil pekena secawan Teh Tarik.

The freshly fried ‘Jemput-jemput’ Vadai is totally different from most you have seen and tasted because it is only available at d’Tempat Garden Terrace. 

It is made into bite size shape then dipped into the chef’s secret recipe chutney and it is pure heaven. 

Btw the vadai is also the general manager of d’Tempat Mr Clarence Samuel’s favorite comfort food and best downed with a cup of The Tarik.

Keisitimewaan Cendol Durian with home-made Gula Merah Kurma ini amat menakjubkan dimana gula merah dan buah kurma terlebih dahulu dimasak dengan api yang perlahan sehingga ia sebati dan akhirnya menjadi ‘lava’ yang amat pekat dan lazat.  

The Cendol Durian with home-made Gula Merah Kurma and here’s what makes it so desirable. It is not the usual cendol that you get outside because the combination of the dark molten Gula Merah and kurma will give you an unforgettable experience.  

The Kurma is the secret behind the whole experience, it is boiled together with the gula merah until it blends into rich syrup and let cool before being poured into the bowl thus giving it a distinctive taste.
This is the best dessert I have ever tasted and one is never enough.

Restoran Jepun Haruta@d’Tempat kini menawarkan buffet kulinari Jepun yang terbaru bernama Weekend All-You-Can-Eat Sushi extravaganza dan jangan lepaskan peluang untuk bermakan sehingga puas.

Berikut adalah masa bufet tersebut berlangsung. 

Hari Sabtu bermula pada pukul 6.30pm – 10pm dan Ahad dari pukul 12pm – 3pm. 

Harganya juga amat berpatutan RM39nett untuk orang dewasa & RM19nett untuk kanak-kanak dan warga emas.  

Haruta Japanese Restaurant is currently offering you with their latest Weekend All-You-Can-Eat Sushi extravaganza and here's what in store for you.

It is only available on Saturday dinner 6.30pm – 10pm and Sunday lunch 12pm – 3pm priced at RM38nett per adult & RM19nett per child & senior citizen.

Hidangan pembuka utama terletak di hadapan pintu masuk Restoran Haruta, ia merupakan Edamame, Sunomono Mori dan Chukka No Wakame.

The main entrée of appetizer greets you at the entrance of the restaurant where you can help yourself to the Edamame – boiled Green Soybean cooked in the pod, Sunomono Mori – Vinegared item and the Chukka No Wakame – preserved Seaweed. 



Jom kita bermula dengan bar salad yang pasti membuka selera anda.
                  
Let’s start with the salad bar and it’s kind of look like a garden too with sliced Japanese cucumber, tomato cherry and 3 kinds of Kewpie salad dressing imported from Japan.  

The assortment of their signature dishes, the Edamame – boiled Green Soybean cooked in the pod, Tori No Yasai Ni – Chicken & Vegetables in Japanese stock, Popcorn chicken and many more.

Jemput singgah ke kaunter Teppanyaki dimana anda boleh membuat pesanan seleksi 'Made-To-Order' dan chef akan memasak mengikut pilihan anda.

Dan antara lima pilihan yang ditawarkan anda hanya boleh memilih satu seleksi sahaja. 

Moving to the teppanyaki counter where you will be offered the Made-To-Order selection of the main course and you are only allowed to pick one out of the five so please pick wisely.


Pilihan pertama / the first pick is the Saba Shio or Teriyaki - Grilled Salmon with salt or Teriyaki sauce.
Sajian Teriyaki Salmon merupakan pilihan utama kebanyakan para tetamu dan cuba lihat susunan pinggan sebegitu panjang serta chef bertungkus lumus untuk menghidang kepada tetamu yang sedang menunggu.

The salmon is the most popular with the diners with more than a dozen of people queuing for it. It also posed as a challenge for the teppanyaki chef to pan out and can he deliver? 


Yes with perfection along with the finishing touch.
Chef menuangkan sos Teriyaki keatas ikan Salmon yang siap di goreng. 

And voila everybody were happy to get a share of their own. Well done chef! 



Pilihan kedua merupakan Tori atau Gyuniku Teriyaki ayam yang digoreng dengan sos Gyuniku bersama sayur dan sos tersebut amat berperisa apabila digoreng dengan kepingan ayam diatas plat teppanyaki.

The second choice would be the Tori or Gyuniku Teriyaki Pan fried chicken. The chicken filet is pan fried together with some vege and with the final touch of a generous amount of the special Gyuniku Teriyaki sauce.    

The pan fried chicken is really soft and tender and you can also opt for beef too.

Pilihan ketiga pula bernama Shake Shio atau Teriyaki - Ikan Cencaru yang dipanggang dengan sedikit garam atau sos Teriyaki.

The third choice would be the Shake Shio or Teriyaki - Grilled Mackerel with salt or Teriyaki sauce and fish lovers would definitely go for this.



No. 4 kini tibanya giliran untuk kita mencuba daging lembu yang khas diimpot dari Australia yang bernama Tori atau Gyuniku Teppanyaki daging lembu. Kepingan daging yang segar terlebih dahulu digoreng di atas plat teppanyaki sebelum dihidangkan dan anda dijemput untuk menuang sos Teriyaki mengikut citarasa anda.  

We are now at the 4th choice the Tori or Gyuniku Teppanyaki beef. The fresh beef is cut into cubes and pan fried teppanyaki style and straight to the plate. You can then add the Teriyaki sauce according to your liking. 


Pilihan terakhir dari seleksi 'Made-To-Order' bernama Tempura Mari iaitu seafood yang digoreng secara Tempura.

Lastly the 5th choice is the Tempura Mari - Fried battered Seafood.


Diingatkan sekali lagi, anda hanya boleh memilih antara satu daripada lima seleksi 'Made-To-Order' sahaja dan buatlah pilihan yang bijak.

En Zainal sekeluarga adalah merupakan residen di Bandar Sri Sendayan oleh Matrix Concept S/B dan juga ahli kelab dTempat. Mereka sering datang ke restoran Haruta apabila teringin menikmati bufet kulinari Jepun.

Dikendalikan oleh chef Sushi En Johnny dan beliau mempunyai pengalaman melebihi 20 tahun dalam penyediaan Sushi dan pelbagi lagi jenis makanan Jepun yang popular.

It is managed by the experienced Sushi chef named Johnny, who has more than 20 over years in preparing Sushi and all sorts of Japanese cuisines.



Johnny bersama penolongnya bakal menyediakan 2 jenis Sushi untuk anda iaitu Nigiri Sushi dan Maki Sushi. 

There are two types of Sushi made by Johnny and his team, the Nigiri Sushi and the Maki Sushi.


Bemacam-macam jenis Sushi Maki disediakan iaitu California, Spider, Futo, Volcano, Unagi, Rainbow, Lava, Tempura dan Ebi Furai.

 The varieties of Maki Sushi and here are the types California, Spider, Futo, Volcano, Unagi, Rainbow, Lava, Tempura and Ebi Furai.


Pelbagai pilihan Sushi Nigiri dihidangkan untuk anda dan antaranya ialah ikan Salmon, Tuna, Bass laut, Sotong, Udang, Omelet, Kacang hijau manis dan Telur ikan.

The arrays of Nigiri Sushi consisting of Salmon, White tuna, Sea Bass, Octopus, Prawn, Omelets, Sweet Beancurd and Fish Roe. 



Johnny is very friendly and popular among the diners and he is always requested to be at their table for personal food recommendations and also the ways to improve the food to accommodate to the customers taste.
Mr Marcus Lai (center) is a regular at Haruta’s and he has not only brought his entire family but together with a Korean friend that loves Japanese food.

And Marcus has nothing but praises to the all the staffs not only they are friendly and helpful but their services are also very fast and efficient.

“They clear our plates really fast and handled it with hygiene and care” he said.

Marcus’ wife loved the food on the buffet tables as it is mostly mixed with vegetables and mushrooms. She also said ‘I always watch my diet but this is a buffet so I don't mind gorging and the vegetables, mushrooms and tofu are great as it consisted less fat”

And their Korean friend said ‘Hey I’m a Korean but I’m addicted to Haruta’s so what else can I say” 


The dessert counter varies all the time from Swiss roll cakes to puddings, chocolates, jelly, ice cream and fruits.

Kaunter pencuci mulut menanti anda disudut sebelahan dengan kanuter sushi diman anda akan dihidangkan dengan kek Swiss roll, puding, coklat, jelly, ais krim dan buah-buahan segar.
