Capturing tea zombies in Seremban - Turning the Alley for the Alley

Every inch of the Ground floor in Seremban Gateway is fully utilized and that includes turning the alley into The Alley.

It sounded totally bogus to me at first so I probed further.... ‘It was previously an alley for people to walk to the back area but due to the constraint of spaces on the ground floor, the management has decided to turn this alley into a commercial lot and leased it to the famous bubble tea shop called The Alley’ said the person who is charged of renovating the walkway.

‘Oh I see it’s just by coincident that both subjects sounded the same’ I murmured as I quickly went into a photo snapping frenzy.

Seremban Gateway is now undisputedly a hotspot for shoppers and tea lovers as it already has so many similar bubble tea shops and now with the latest addition, the second outlet of The Alley will be opening soon.

You may ask why do we need a second outlet of The Alley since we already have one in S2 Uptown Avenue? Beats the hell outta me but if you look at FamilyMart it already opened 3 outlets in 60 days maybe they're all trying to capture the tea zombies that are roaming the town.

Kawasan tertutup ini sebelumnya sebuah lorong yang memudahkan shoppers untuk ke kawasan parkir di belakang tetapi disebabkan oleh permintaan yang tinggi untuk lot perniagaan, pihak pengurusan SG telah mengubahnya kepada sebuah kedai untuk disewa kepada The Alley.

San Francisco Coffee placed tables and chairs here as previously it was an alley connecting people to the back parking area but soon they would need to make way for The Alley to put their tables and chairs. 

For this particular outlet of The Alley the concept will be different, it will be semi-open with air-conditioning whereby customers or passerby can stroll through the shop and straight out to the back area.
