The Pork Boy Noodles of Seremban芙蓉豬腩仔

After 20 over years of hiatus they’re finally back, the original Seremban pork noodles which was started in the early 90’s at a stall near Rahang JKR in Seremban and now they're back to tantalize your taste buds.

Mr Phan Junn Geng (pic) the second generation to inherit the family’s pork noodles recipe from his parents also assured that they were the first to sell dry pork noodles with gravy in Seremban as there were none similar stall that matches them during that era. But it was closed when both his parents retired and none of their children wanted to take over the business.

Present day when everyone was hard hit by the economic turmoil caused by the MCO, Mr Phan together with his partner Andy decided to revive the age old recipe after their source of income in the construction line dried up.

So with limited funds they started by going to the MBS hawker center in Jalan Lee Sam and asked around for a vacant lot and lucky enough Mee Ling, the beer stall lady owner has an extra stall and decided to rent it to them and that’s how it all began on 7.7.2020

Mr Phan Junn Geng learned the ropes in making the traditional dry pork noodles from his parents while helping out at the stall in Rahang JKR and due to job scarcity caused by the MCO he decided to revive his family's business to make ends meet.

His partner Mr Andy said “We couldn’t get any construction jobs during the MCO and even if we did there’s no guarantee we’ll get paid so we need to do something to put food on the table and that's when we delved back to our past by selling pork noodles once again"

The succulent and well marinated sirloin pork is cooked to perfection with the right combination of lean meat mixed with the right amount of fat dripping down to the bottom.

Part of the Seremban pork noodles tradition would be the slices of the pork which is always cut in thick slices and comes in huge portions.

Then comes the most important part is by pouring the dark and thick homemade sauce which is aimed to make the hardest to impress skeptics to fall in love with it.
