Fasta Pasta@S2 PLAZO

Originally from Jalan Temiang, they now have opened a new stall in Seremban 2 PLAZO since 1st September 2017.

So what is so special about Fasta Pasta?

They let you create your own pasta.
Here's when the fun of Mix & Match begins.

First is to choose the pasta; Macaroni, Spaghetti, Fettuccini or Fusilli.
Then choose the sauce and you just work your way around the menu until you’re satisfied and they will cook it for you in minutes.

Pasta usually requires a long time to cook but here’s how some form of ingenuity has allowed them to serve you in just a few minutes.

The pasta is pre-cooked and weighted to ensure the accurate amount before being packed in the cold box.

And once the order comes in, they quickly gather all the pasta and ingredients on a plate.

First is to soak the pre-cooked pasta in the hot water.

And straight into the frying pan where the sauce is added. You can choose between Aglio-Olio, Carbonara, Bolognese or Tom Yam.

In goes with all rest of the ingredients.

And Voila!
Your plate of spaghetti Bolognese with prawns and broccoli is ready to be served.

The idea of whipping up a plate of fasta pasta was started by both Kelly and Dannis when they were working at a restaurant in Australia.

It took them about 5 years to learn the ropes before coming back to Seremban.

"I got to learn how the pasta was cooked the Australian way where the guests didn’t want to wait or they’ll go to other restaurants" said Kelly

They started with a stall in Jalan Temiang inside the Lato food court (opposite the Chan Wa High School) and business started to pick up when people started to share them on social media.

Dannis also said "The food preference and taste of the locals are a lot different compared to the Australians. We had a lot of comments and feedback from our customers and we had to accept and accommodate to their requests"

All the sauces are homemade using natural ingredients including the mushroom soup and it is not made from canned ingredients.

"Please come and try our mushroom soup we made it exactly how we learned in Australia. I cooked it by blending a few types of mushroom together'

Better still you will get their free homemade mushroom soup when you order 2 set of meal.

You can hardly find 2 plates of pasta alike because of the unique Mix & Match feature.

And when the opportunity for Kelly and Dannis to tap into the Seremban 2 market they quickly grabbed it and Fasta Pasta is now available at S2 Plazo.

You can find Fasta Pasta inside this food court named Chat Street Kopitiam食美茶餐 in Seremban 2 PLAZO.

The business hours: Daily 8am-2.30pm, they are newly opened so still undecided on which day to rest.
