First day open for business今天正式营业。

Today must be an auspicious day because a few stalls chose this day to start their business and these are the few at Pasar Besar Seremban.

Located at the corner the famous Seremban beef noodles are back in business and the boss said today is their first day and everything is in a mess and they still need time to get organised. And the banner is not even up yet.

Ching Kee famous for it's rice noodles or 'Lai Fun' is also back and on the first day everything was sold out as early as 9am and the lady boss profusely apologized to the waiting customers. The stall is located in the middle just a stone throw away from the beef noodles. 

Sold out by 9am.

Ah Fook Chicken Rice known for its delicious chicken rice and killer chilli sauce is also back. Everything is well organised including the new banner informing their regulars of the stall which is tucked at the corner.
